The staff were genuinely helpful and very very helpful lot of time.

I would want to stay there again and totally recommend it to family. The room is absolutely perfect, impressive comes with comfortable bed, bedroom, washing machine. I appreciated lovely personnel that ensures guests have a fantastic stay.

The location is great, just a short walk to cafes, the beach, and a playground. It was convenient being close to shops and within walking distance to the beach and other services. The check-in process was quick, even at 7 pm, and the employees were courteous. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The room had satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave, which were all convenient amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Comfort Inn The International. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The accommodation itself was spacious and clean, providing us with plenty of room to relax. The staff member who greeted us was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Despite some minor cosmetic defects in the bathroom, the overall comfort and convenience of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

As part of the great Ocean Tour a great stop in Apollo Bay. Beautiful place. The Comfort Inn is in a prime location . within walking distance of various restaurants and the beach. Very good beds, all clean. We were absolutely satisfied

The area of the entrance door was very ringing. You get to see everything that goes on outside. In the morning, we had the feeling that someone was standing in the room.

Good location at Apollo bay. Friendly staff. Everything you need is there, even a simple whirlpool. Unfortunately we do not offer breakfast.

Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly. The location is very central with nice restaurants and good shops, bakeries and breakfast coffees.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping center. I was impressed with how clean the rooms were and the range of hotel facilities, including easy parking and reliable transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Central location and easy check-in and out

The location is great, everything important can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The rooms were clean, modernly furnished and comfortable. Parking lot directly in front of the room door, working heating, everything is perfect!

The hotel offered complimentary champagne and chocolates to celebrate the new year and the room had a beautiful ocean view which made the countdown even more exciting. The hotel was located close to shops and restaurants, and also had easy beach access for a morning walk.

The room was not as clean as we had hoped. There were a few stains on the carpet and the bathroom needed some attention.

Deluxe room should have at least a microwave in it... And few complimentary wines would not make any difference... I come from Nepal and even hotels there provide complementary wines if couples are there for anniversary or honey moon trips... Point to be noted...

Good location.

Terrible service at reception, very unwelcoming and unwilling to help and give information. You are only allowed 10mb of WiFi on a single device and they don't allow you to buy more if you need more. Check out time is 10am and they don't want you to leave your car in their car park after 10am. I wanted to leave my car until 12pm as I was going on a bike ride and they refused in a very unpleasant manner. Overall, not a good experience.
